Ethel is a gothic/emo mermaid. When she was but a child, her atlantic home was attacked by The Sharks. Her parents were killed, but she and her older sister escaped, but at a cost. Ethel was blinded in one eye and her tailfins were torn. Her sister lost a couple of her fingers and part of an ear. Both of them now live alone and attend high school. Ethel has a handful of friends and enemies, including prep Mia. Ethel finds comfort among the kelp forests and sea trenches along with her pet eel, Curse. I hope you enjoy!
